Getting in shape is tough. We know from experience. Using our schooling and experience we have developed a Body Transformation program that will change your life forever. This will take dedication and a complete life change. Think about it though, how long did it take to put all those extra pounds on? Losing it in only months seems like a pretty good deal!
So whats Included?
Our body transformation program would include full nutrition advice, training with one of our great trainers 2-3 times a week, and LOTS of homework. Honestly, just training with us will not be enough, and doing it the correct healthy way is IMPORTANT. This is weight we want to lose at a realistic and healthy rate (2-3LB a week). Focusing on not losing muscle, and most importantly, being able to keep off the fat once you are done. This is NOT a diet. This is a lifestyle change.
