How I got into fitness/training:
I first started to understand and enjoy the benefits from exercise while playing sports in high
school. I noticed how everything from my confidence to my performance to my mood
improved with exercise and strength training. After I graduated from college, I took a position
as a Fitness Manager and trained several clients as part of the role. It was rewarding to work
with others who wanted to make improvements in their lives and see them accomplish their
goals. That is what I love about coaching others. I have worked with a wide range of clients,
including those with an interest in weight loss, strength training, athletic performance, and
improving overall mobility and flexibility

About me:
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, my wife and I moved to Colorado almost three years ago.
We decided to move to Colorado to take advantage of all the opportunities to be active, enjoy
the outdoors, and live a healthier lifestyle. I look at fitness as a lifestyle, not just a short-term
goal. My coaching style incorporates aspects of fitness, nutrition, recovery, and other daily
performance habits that can help you become the best version of yourself. Based on your
goals, needs, and interests, I will customize a program for you to achieve what you are looking
to accomplish.
